'I have really enjoyed the Management Development Programme. I wasn't sure if I should do it having already done some management courses in the past but it has been excellent. It has a really good mix of theoretical models and practical examples of management practices and has really made me think about the processes we use. The change management and coaching modules were particularly good and being able to work with colleagues from across the organisation over such an extended period has also been extremely productive. I did suggest we close down for 2 weeks and made everyone complete the course....I am sure it will have enormous benefits to both individual managers as well as the organisation as a whole.'
