What We Do
Emerald Acorn works to a flexible operational model, organising its resources on a project basis and creating a team of the most experienced consultants for each project. Once a client brief has been completed, the team dissolves and the consultants transfer to the next project for which their skills are best matched. The nature of our organisation is that the vast majority of our work comes from repeat business and referrals, so it is very much in our interests to select the best people for the job. Our projects are always resourced with highly experienced and qualified consultants.
